Alex did great work installing a tile backsplash in our kitchen. He was responsive, quick, and skilled. He went above and beyond by picking up edging for me and was patient when I changed my mind about the height of the backsplash. AK Tile & Flooring did a great job on my tile. He was very through and explained to me all the steps that needed to be done as I had not had a renovation such as this before. Alex kept me informed of the timeline of when the project would start and any dollar amount changes. I would highly recommend Alex for any tile work! This job included demolition, installing floor tile, shower tile and shower flooring and the heating element for heating the bathroom floor.
